Shipping policy

Shipping & Tracking

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Western Australia using Australia Post. We take pride in ensuring your items are sent securely, with care and intention, using sustainable materials where possible.

Processing Time

  • Standard postage: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 business days.

  • Express postage: Orders are fast-tracked and generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after midday AWST (Perth time) may be shipped the following business day.

  • Express processing does not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on those days will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Please note that processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment, not the delivery time.

Shipping Method
All parcels are shipped via Australia Post. At checkout, you can choose from the following options:

  • Standard shipping

  • Express shipping

We recommend selecting Express for time-sensitive orders. Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on weight and location.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk folder or contact us directly for assistance.

Delivery Time Frame

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and your location. As a general guide, Australia Post estimates:

  • Standard Post: 3 to 8 business days

  • Express Post: 1 to 4 business days (within the Express Network)

Please note these are delivery estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen service disruptions within Australia Post.

Packaging & Ritual Inclusions
All orders are packed securely using a combination of protective bubble wrap and biodegradable or recyclable materials to ensure safe, responsible packaging.

As part of our Lunar Coven experience, most parcels also include small ritual inclusions such as dried herbs, flower petals, or a wildflower seed heart. These inclusions are chosen to enhance your unboxing experience and carry a subtle spiritual touch.

If you have allergies, sensitivities, or would prefer not to receive any ritual inclusions, you may leave a note at checkout and we will ensure your parcel is packed accordingly.

Due to state seed laws, wildflower seed hearts may not be included in all parcels. We comply with legal requirements and will only include them where permitted by your state’s regulations.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Lunar Coven is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned to sender due to address errors entered by the customer.

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be required to pay a reshipping fee.

Parcel Responsibility

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, it becomes their responsibility. While we always pack and dispatch with care, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit.

If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend lodging an inquiry with Australia Post. We are happy to assist where possible, but the final investigation and resolution lies with the postal carrier.

Protection & Insurance

All parcels are shipped with tracking included, but insurance is not automatically added. If you would like your order to be insured—particularly for higher-value or fragile items—please contact us before placing your order or leave a request in the notes at checkout.

We can arrange insurance for an additional fee, and you will be invoiced separately before your parcel is dispatched.

If you choose not to purchase insurance, your order will be sent at your own risk. Lunar Coven is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they have been lodged with Australia Post, unless insurance has been arranged prior to shipment.
